About Michael Wells Associates

Mike Wells BSc FRICS has over 28 years experience working in commercial property throughout the United Kingdom.

He has acted for investor clients acquiring and disposing of retail, office and industrial investment properties and is active in both the hotel and serviced apartment sectors.
 
In addition, Mike has considerable experience in the professional services sector having previously been both a Partner and Director of a number of Central London surveying Practices.  

Mike deals with rent reviews, lease renewals, rating and consultancy instructions for both Landlord and Tenant clients, providing sensible and realistic property advice.
